Debuted by Liza Minnelli in the 1977 film of the same name, this classic was popularized by Frank Sinatra and has since become the unofficial anthem of the city. This version was composed by John Kander and arranged by Robert Elkjer.
This was part of a concert at a retirement community, and was a definite hit with the audience.
